I am a journalism student, writer and bipolar mind navigating the messy, beautiful reality of being alive. My work lives at the crossroads of theatre and mental health.
I write because silence never saved anyone. Growing up, I believed stories were entertainment. Now I know they are survival; a way to feel less alone, to be understood, to make sense of a brain that runs too fast or crashes too low.
My portfolio is where you will find polished pieces; the writing I refine, shape and hold up to the world. My journal is where the raw truth lives, unedited and sometimes uncomfortable. They are two halves of the same voice.
I want to tell stories that matter. Stories that change conversations. Stories that give permission. And stories that, in their own way, say: you can stay alive.
Based in East London.
Always curious. Always learning.
